What’s Covered

Peeling and lifting is covered under this warranty, meaning that if installed vinyl begins to peel, lift, or separate from the panel edge under normal driving and washing conditions, we will repair or replace the affected section at no cost to you. Bubbling is also covered, so if air pockets or material lift appear beneath the vinyl surface that were not caused by external damage, debris, or improper aftercare, we will correct the affected area free of charge. Material defects are covered as well, including factory imperfections in the vinyl itself such as inconsistent color, texture flaws, or adhesive failure not caused by installation or external damage, which fall under the manufacturer’s material warranty that we facilitate on your behalf.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, collisions, or road debris, nor does it cover damage resulting from improper washing methods such as automatic car washes with brushes, high-pressure wands held too close to the surface, or abrasive chemicals. It also excludes damage from keying, scratching, or intentional vandalism, wraps applied by a third party and not installed by Casanovxa, fading or discoloration caused by exposure beyond the expected film lifespan, wraps on vehicles used for commercial fleet, rideshare, or rental purposes unless otherwise specified at the time of installation, and normal wear and tear.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, contact us at (855) 668-2477 or through our contact form with your name, install date, and a description of the issue, then provide photos of the affected area so we can assess the claim before you bring the vehicle in. From there, we’ll schedule an inspection at our Miami studio, with most claims evaluated within two business days, and once approved, repairs or replacement are typically scheduled within five to seven business days depending on the scope of work.

Maintenance Requirements

To keep your warranty valid, we recommend hand-washing only using pH-neutral soap and a microfiber mitt, avoiding automatic car washes with brushes for the life of the wrap, waiting at least seven days after installation before washing the vehicle, avoiding high-pressure washers held closer than twelve inches from the surface, and promptly addressing any visible damage to prevent it from spreading.

Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original vehicle owner at the time of installation. If the vehicle is sold, the warranty does not carry over to the new owner unless explicitly arranged with Casanovxa in writing.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty covers the cost of labor and materials for approved repairs or replacement only. Casanovxa is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of vehicle use, towing costs, or third-party expenses related to a warranty claim.
